Court Action

Our Pre Legal Reporting can save you wasted Court Fees. Most Solicitors issue a claim before checking whether Legal action will be successful or what enforcement method should be used prior to action. We can assess using our systems and knowledge the best enforcement method prior to taking the action. Either by reporting to you to use the information with your own solicitors or using our Legal Department.

The Registry Trust where County Court Judgments are recorded show currently over 80% of Judgments unsatisfied.

This confirms that many creditors have wasted their money in not using the correct enforcement method to obtain their money back. Most solicitors use County Court Bailiffs to enforce Judgments.
